These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoCouples app and related services (the "Service"), operated by AI Kazoo ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use GoCouples. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at team@aikazoo.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing purpose.
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or that is illegal.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or other users' data.
- Use the Service to send spam or to impersonate others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (messages, photos, voice notes, and other content). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and deliver it to your paired partner. You are responsible for the content you share.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
